1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To access certain features of the Service, including the ability to place wagers and participate in games, you must create a personal account ("Account"). During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You acknowledge that phcush may, at its discretion, require additional documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment card verification.

You may maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. phcush reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any duplicate accounts and forfeit all balances, winnings, bonuses, and promotional benefits associated with such accounts without prior notice or refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account information with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. Any activity occurring under your Account is your sole responsibility, and you agree to immediately notify phcush of any unauthorized use or security breach. phcush shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3. Gaming Rules and Conduct

3.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

phcush is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. You agree to use the Service solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, and accepted standards of online conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your Account; selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to another person or entity.

phcush employs advanced fraud detection systems, monitoring algorithms, and security protocols to identify suspicious activity. We reserve the right to investigate any Account, transaction, or activity that appears irregular, suspicious, or in violation of this Agreement. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in prohibited conduct, we may immediately suspend your Account, confiscate all funds and winnings, void all pending bets, and terminate your access to the Service without prior notice or refund.

3.2 Game Integrity and Random Number Generators

All games offered on the phcush Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure fairness, randomness, and unpredictability of outcomes. Each game's theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage is displayed in the game information section and represents the expected long-term statistical payout ratio. Individual gaming sessions may vary significantly from the stated RTP due to variance and the random nature of outcomes.

You acknowledge and accept that all gaming outcomes are determined by chance, and no strategy, skill, or system can guarantee winning results. Past results do not influence future outcomes. phcush does not manipulate, alter, or interfere with game results. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits and Payment Methods

phcush accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency wallets. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) or equivalent cryptocurrency value. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own legal name and to which you have lawful access and authorization.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and issuing institution. phcush does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or financial institution may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with deposits.

All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account and used for gaming activity, except in cases of clear processing errors or unauthorized transactions reported within forty-eight (48) hours. Deposit reversals, chargebacks, or payment disputes initiated through your financial institution without first contacting phcush customer support constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account termination and legal action to recover funds and damages.

4.2 Withdrawals and Processing

You may request withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements, fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with our anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures. Withdrawals are processed through the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case alternative arrangements will be made.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) typically process within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals process within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within two (2) to twelve (12) hours depending on blockchain network congestion. Processing times exclude weekends, Philippine holidays, and periods of unusually high transaction volume.

phcush reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts, first-time withdrawals, or if we detect any suspicious activity. Verification requests must be completed within fourteen (14) days, or the withdrawal request may be cancelled. We do not charge withdrawal processing fees, but receiving institutions may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges beyond our control.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phcush operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA) as amended and regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). We maintain comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, monitor transactions for suspicious patterns, and cooperate fully with Philippine regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies.

You must deposit and wager funds at least one (1) time through before requesting withdrawal, to prevent the Platform from being used for money transmission or payment processing purposes. Accounts showing minimal gaming activity relative to deposit and withdrawal volume may be flagged for enhanced due diligence review. phcush reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities and to freeze or seize funds pending investigation without prior notice.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content except as incidental to normal browser caching or as necessary for your personal use of the Service.

You must not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any software comprising the Service; (b) circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or features that prevent unauthorized copying of Content; (c) use any robot, spider, scraper, or automated means to access the Service without our express written permission; (d) frame, mirror, or link to any portion of the Service without our express written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PHCUSH SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. PHCUSH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. PHCUSH MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CONTENT, GAME RESULTS, OR ODDS DISPLAYED ON THE PLATFORM. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY GAME OR SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR THAT TECHNICAL ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PHCUSH, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR FIVE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 5,000), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Service, you agree to first contact phcush customer support in good faith to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to our management team through the contact information provided on our website.

If informal resolution fails, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila by a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties or appointed by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment may be entered upon the arbitrator's award in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Termination of Service

phcush reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) you breach any provision of this Agreement; (b) we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide; (c) we believe that your actions may cause legal liability to you, other users, or phcush; (d) we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (e) we discontinue the Service entirely.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may withdraw any remaining account balance not subject to investigation, wagering requirements, or legal restrictions by contacting customer support. phcush is not liable to you or any third party for termination of access to the Service. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and phcush regarding the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the subject matter.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by phcush of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by phcush to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without phcush's prior written consent. phcush may freely assign, transfer, or delegate this Agreement or any of our rights or obligations hereunder without restriction.

11.5 Force Majeure

phcush shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or equipment malfunctions.
